Perugia was not really our destination. We were headed into Umbria for a couple of days of hiking. But the rain was coming in and clouds looked ominous, so we took a detour into Perugia for lunch and a wander around. Just stayed dry for long enough to allow us to enjoy it. (Sorry Thibault, another hill town, but this time an Umbrian one....)
This was very much a whistle-stop tour of the city - not a tour at all really, but a sampling.
