Dusk

 It is quite nice taking photos at the end of the day, well it is if it doesn't start raining....

I like the quality of the light, making photos look almost but not quite monochrome....

A slightly rarer duck to see than your standard mallards, a Shoveller, so called because of the shovel shaped beak

Back home, I don't do Christmas decorations, but my flowers are fairly festive - red amaryllis.

Back in the garden at home, well it is winter. Now you rely on the foliage.

But still a few flowers peeping through
