Vondelpark

Whats not to like about a park on a sunny day? Well apart from lots of cyclists. But Vondelpark is a very well-designed park, crammed with everything one could hope for in an urban area - places for people to lay, but also water, flower gardens and nature reserves, with a few fountains thrown in. A very pleasant place to go for a walk. Just don't think on a sunny day you will be alone.

The Vondelpark is beyond the Museum Area, so I cut trough that again on my way home. But now all at uts sunniest.

Amsterdam isn't all canals - it has a modern tram network, although I personally never had call to use it. The city is quite compact.
