Kew - Rhododendron Dell and Syon House

A particularly nice place to visit at this time of year is Kew's rhododendron dell. Some not yet out, but a lot of bushes are in full, glorious bloom. You can see why the Victorians loved introducing these bushes fro the Himalayas.

And a nice enough day to get the butterflies out - Yellow Brimstone here

There is also a Japanese House just off of the Dell, of a type once used for weaving silk.
