Regents Canal at Regents Park

 Regents Canal does a curve around Regents Park, the point of the turn being marked by this very striking floating Chinese restaurant.







The canal actually goes right through London Zoo. On one side are the cages for the African Hunting Dogs, who sadly seem to get less exercise than the toy dogs who are walked along to canal towpath. Mind you if they were allowed the run of the towpath I suspect it would cut down the number of dog walkers😀




Also home to some rather less active warthogs.


But the main thing to look at down this stretch are the classical villas built on the edge of Regent's Park. Serious house envy here. But I think only oil sheikhs or dodgy oligarchs need apply....
