Day two of my 3-day museum marathon. I like museums like galleries like this. First of course the grand neo-classical exterior.
But what I really like is the interior, and in particular that the art here, mostly German nineteenth century art. What appeals is that its new to me, not the standard collection of international artists that fill all the main collections, although it odes have some major impressionists. But most of it was completely new to me.
