King's Lynn

So the end of the holiday. I needed to catch a train, so we parked at the station and then we decided to pop into King's Lynn Museum which is contained within an old chapel. Like most local museums, however much leaflets suggest its "the Treasure of West Norfolk" its always going to be disappointing. The big feature is a room devoted to Seahenge. And the other room, being a chapel is devoted to everything else. Which isn't much.

The rest of King's Lynn is odd. Going across the shopping centre it looks a run down chavvy sort of place. But beyond is a small historic quarter which is quite picturesque. I left the rest of them to drive back to Cheshire while I pootled around for a couple of hours.
